Only 4 kilometers from the smaller Istrian town of Labin and 7 kilometers from the beautiful beaches in Rabac, this 125m2 house is located in a small, quiet place surrounded by greenery. The house consists of a small entrance hall and toilet, living room, dining room and kitchen. A beautiful view from the living room and dining room to the terrace and the pool can be seen through the glass wall that extends through the entire length of the space. On the opposite side there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom has direct access to the pool and garden.
