Istria, Rovinj – Stone house in the old town on 3 levels, just 30 meters from the sea. The house consists of 3 levels: the ground floor, the first floor, and the attic. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hallway and a small storage room. From the hallway, you enter the living room and kitchen. A smaller hallway, which serves as a wardrobe area, leads from the living room to the bathroom and another storage room where the washing machine is located. From the entrance hallway, stairs lead to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms. From one of the bedrooms, stairs lead to the attic, which offers a stunning open view of the sea and Katarina Island. Currently, the attic serves as a storage space but requires complete renovation.
