The new building, which is planned as a free-standing building, will have storeys ground floor and first, second and recessed floor (Pr+2+Uk). The floor of the recessed floor is shaped for the most part as a space of terraces divided by a smaller closed space. The purpose of the subject building is residential and commercial. The existing part of the building, which is being retained, is constructed as classic masonry. The walls of the ground floor are based on strip foundations with dimensions of min. 60/90 cm. The load-bearing walls are made of 25 cm thick brick blocks. It is a mezzanine structure made as reinforced concrete ceiling panels with a thickness of 16 cm. The added part of the building will be based on a 60 cm thick base plate. Bearing column and the beams of the building will be made of reinforced concrete. The facade and load-bearing walls of the building will be made of 30 and 25 cm thick brick blocks. Ceiling constructions will be made as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, thickness i reinforcement according to the static calculation. All lintels, cerclages and consoles are planned to be reinforced and executed exactly according to the statics the budget. At corners, collisions of load-bearing walls and marked places in the project, it is planned to carry out vertical reinforced concrete cerclages, on top of the walls horizontal ones, which will be reinforced according to the static calculation. The low roof above the recessed floor of the building will be made of sawn II grade coniferous wood classes. The low roof structure will be covered with corrugated plastic sheet. For parking purposes, 18 parking spaces are provided in the open space at the parcel in question. For heating and preparing sanitary hot water for the apartments and business premises in question air-independent gas condensing boilers are provided in the space that will be located locally in individual apartments and in business premises (in each apartment and in one boiler per business premises). Space heating is provided as floor gas heating via radiators. The pipes for the charging stations for the electric vehicle will be withdrawn. Planned moving in at the beginning of 2025.
