'Citizenship by investment' approved project: Magnum Residence, Kolasin Magnum will be a modern 4* hotel in the very heart of the city of Kolašin: - just a 100 metres from the main town square and walking zone with many restaurants, bars shops City hall, banks. - distance of Magnum Residence from the ski centers ‘’Kolašin 1450’’ is 11 km and to ‘’Kolašin 1600’’ is 13 km. The construction of the Magnum hotel shall begin in August 2022, while the grand opening is scheduled for November 2024. The income from the rental of Magnum Residence is shared with the owners of rooms. Each owner is entitled to 40% of the hotel’s profit (without reference to a specific apartment). If the apartment is not used, the buyer is entitled to receive 100% rental revenue (minus taxes) Hotel shall feature spa, fitness, restaurant (126 seats) and a modern swimming pool. A significant part of the Magnum Residence will be a restaurant with aperitif bar within the spacious hotel lobby of almost 270 m2. Magnum Project is approved by Government of Montenegro in June 2022 as development project and is included in the list of development projects in the field of tourism as an investment of special importance for the economic and economic interest of Montenegro, on the basis of which Montenegrin citizenship can be acquired by admission (listed on Montenegrin Investment Agency website https://mia. gov. me/economic-citizenship/). Magnum Project the only one on the List of development projects approved by Government of Montenegro as development project in Kolašin located in the city center.
