The remote controlled gates open for you to head down the private driveway of the gated establishment where your villa is located. Unlocking the door to your home you walk through a short corridor, to your right is a fully equipped granite kitchen with separating breakfast bench/wall, and then into a spacious and most comfortable dinning and sitting area. To the left of the entrance is the guest's w/c and the staircase that leads up to the two bedrooms with family bathroom and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. From one of the bedrooms and also the master bedroom you have access to a large balcony with exotic views of the Mediterranean sea and plants around. You head down stairs from the bedrooms to the sitting area and slide open the doors letting yourself out to the covered patio, garden with barbecue area and inviting swimming pool. The outdoors will be an area where you will enjoy spending time in as it is private and views are spectacular. The lower ground floor level has a sitting/play area, another two bedrooms and a shower room. You are merely one minute walk away from the beach.
