Bar, Dobra Voda

An elite tourist complex on the seashore in the village of Dobra Voda in Bar. A conceptual solution developed by the Intesa Group studio, which was approved by the chief state architect. A five-star hotel with a mixed business model will be built, which will consist of two buildings - A and B. Building B is designed as a combination of apartments and hotel rooms. In addition to the capacity, it will be equipped with all the other facilities required for high category 5-star hotel complexes. The basement and basement floors -4 provide garage spaces for both buildings, the basement -3 houses a designed spa and wellness center with a swimming pool and all related amenities, and therefore will serve guests and tenants of both buildings. In the basement floor -2 there is a restaurant area with a kitchen, a conference room, as well as other office space necessary for the functioning of the hotel complex. The complex will be completed in June 2024. The cost of apartments is from 5000 e/m2.
