The Ministry of Tourism of Montenegro received exclusive individual conditions for this piece of land, according to which it is allowed to build a 4-star hotel with a maximum number of floors of 6 floors. A geo-survey of the site was carried out and a hotel project was developed by one of the leading architects of Moscow. The project of the hotel fully complies with international requirements for 4 stars. The hotel provides 8 two-room and 8 one-room suites, a reception desk, an elevator, a gym, a spa area (hammam, sauna, shower), a children's room, a cinema room that can also be used as a conference room, a cafe-restaurant, parking for cars of vacationers and rooms for personnel, including their accommodation.
