Kotor, Dobrota

A large, extremely well positioned plot in the heart of Dobrota, about 350m from the sea. A flat, sunny, slope towards the sea, with a total of 5, 400m2, of which a smaller part is urbanized land, and a larger part is green area. It consists of a total of seven smaller plots, on which are currently located a single-story stone house of 75m2 with an auxiliary building of 15m2, the ruins of stone houses on which the reconstruction of buildings has been approved up to a total of 489m2 (base 171m2, in the form of P+1+Pk). There are two more plots (425m2 each) for which Urbanistic and technical conditions are currently awaited, and the rest is a large green area in the back, with a wonderful view of the sea and the bay. There is electricity on the plot, and the city's water and sanitation installations are only 20m from the edge of the plot. In the immediate vicinity are a couple of attractive tourist complexes as well as luxury hotels. The sea is about 350m away, or less than a 10-minute easy walk. The old town is about 4 km away, and Perast is less than 10 km away.
