Positioned at a distance of 630 meters from the heart of Frenaros, they also lie 170 meters away from the Frenaros-Deryneia connecting road. The ownership share encompasses a development involving 18 houses in total. Among these, three residences have been fully constructed and are ready for occupancy. Additionally, there are eight houses that remain partially completed, each at varying stages of the construction process. Lastly, there are seven plots where construction is yet to commence. A well-defined distribution agreement is currently in effect to govern the allocation of these properties.
