Kotor, Gornji Stoliv

Small house on the first line of the sea in Stoliv. Stoliv is a tiny resort in Montenegro, which is suitable for lovers of a quiet, uncrowded holiday. The house is located right in front of the Markov Cape beach, nearby you can find cafes, restaurants and small shops with essential goods. The city of Kotor is only 7 km away, and Tivat is about 10 km away. The house consists of three floors: the first is reserved for a garage with an area of 43 m², the second floor – 52 m², the third – a high attic with an area of 55 m². On the second floor there is a living room, kitchen, dining room, bar, two balconies and two bathrooms. The third has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace. The house is fully furnished and equipped, there is a garden on the plot.
