15 km from Kotor and 7 km from the airport of Tivat. The Villa is opposite the mountain slope on the Kotor Bay, just 20m from the sea with stunning beautiful
views of the sea and the surrounding mountains. Renovated and modernized 3-storey historic stone house of 327 m2 with fireplace and sauna is on the
first line only 20 m from the sandy-pebble beach. At Villa Captain with plot of 1382m2 guests can find
a free private parking, a garden, BBQ facilities, an open fireplace also 2 outdoor terraces. Guest bedrooms are at the ground, the 1st and the 2d floors, all with private bathrooms (shower cabins
with hydromassage and toilet). A washing machine is provided. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a stove, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, kitchen utensils and appliances. Also on the ground and the 1-st floors are both 2 living and dining rooms with an access to the upper
terrace. The large living room has a fireplace, LCD TV, a large sofa. In the dining room are dining tables and chairs for 10 -12 guests. The house is fully air conditioned. A sauna with a hydro massage shower cabin, a bar, a fridge also a small kitchen are on the ground floor. The House has an exit to a lower terrace with a lounge and wonderful sea views.
