These luxury villas are located in Kalkan within walking distance of the city centre. Near them there are numerous cafes and restaurants, markets and shops, as well as schools, so the object is perfect for permanent residence with the whole family. There are only two villas on the plot. Each of them consists of four floors. In total, the project occupies 657 square meters, of which 537 are reserved for the green zone. Both villas have the same 4+2 layout. Each building adjoins a large swimming pool with a relaxation area near the water. The indoor pool, which can be used all year round, is located on the underground floor. There is also a sauna and space for a gym. On the ground floor of each villa there is a large living room with access to the terrace and a bedroom. The second floor is reserved for a spacious kitchen and dining room. In fine weather, it is nice to dine on the large balcony. Two more bedrooms are located on the top floor. For a comfortable stay in winter, the villas are equipped with underfloor heating. The window frames and doorways are made of aluminium.
