Kotor, Kostanjica

Kostanjica is an old fishing village located opposite the city of Risan, not far from the Verige Strait. Morinj is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, as part of the cultural and historical district of the Boko-Kotor region. Due to this, the development in the village is limited and the architectural decisions of new projects are monitored, which allows to maintain the unique architectural style of the Boka Kotor Bay. The village offers beautiful, panoramic views of the islands of St. George and the Virgin on the reef, on the ancient cities of Risan and Perast. Thanks to the numerous mountain streams flowing from the mountains, sea water mixes with fresh water, which gives a unique purity of water. Morinh is buried in greenery all year round, and groves of chestnuts and laurel soak the air with healing essential oils.
