The villa was built at the beginning of the 19th century on the first line to the sea and has its own port. The villa has 4 floors, including the attic, and a total area of 450 m2, as well as an additional 100 m2 on the attic floor. It has been partially restored and is intended to be used as a mini-hotel with 10 rooms, and the attic can be adapted for an 11th bedroom or a staff room, an elevator has been installed. On the ground floor, it was planned to open a restaurant with a kitchen and access to the restaurant terrace. On the territory of the site there is a barbecue and a place for sunbeds and umbrellas. Each room offers a breathtaking view of the Bay of Kotor.
