A hotel offered for sale in Kriopigi village, on Kassandra peninsula of Halkidiki. The location is ideal, such as it is surrounded by a small forest, overlooking the bay of Kassandra and at a distance of 600m from the beach. The hotel was built in 1990. Consists of 45 rooms, including 12 triple bed rooms and 8 family rooms with a total bed capacity of 120 beds. There is a large outdoor swimming pool along with a pool bar, a fully functioning kitchen and a restaurant. All the rooms are equipped with a TV, mini fridge, A/C and they offer either a sea view balcony or a garden veranda. Major renovations were implemented in 2008, which included PVC doors and panels, whole new pluming network, solar panels for hot water and smaller restorations. In 2018 some rooms were renovated completely, from furniture to floors and bathroom etc.
