The relief of the site assumes specific characteristics of the sea, starting from the first floor of the object being implemented. The location of the plot is a quiet area, for a comfortable stay, on the sandy shore of the picturesque Boka Kotor Bay. The proximity to the resort town of Kotor makes it possible to use all the necessary infrastructure for a comfortable stay - shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, historical sites, a harbor for mooring yachts and boats, and much more. At a distance of no more than one kilometer there is a ferry across the Bay of Kotor, which makes it possible to get to the nearby resort town of Herzog Nova (and further to the Republic of Croatia) without loss of time. A car ride to Tivat Airport will take no more than half an hour. The construction project involves the construction of the main four-story building, a detached apartment and underground parking. The total area of the premises to be sold is 1300 sq. m. Estimated sales amount at a pessimistic selling price of 2000 Euro/sq. m. will amount to 2, 600, 000 Euros. The duration of the project is one year. The site is completely ready for construction. We propose to consider several options for the implementation of the project: Option I. We are ready to sell the entire project by selling the company to which it is issued.
