Each part has on the first floor an open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a WC, and on the second floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Furthermore, the villa has a communal relaxing area with a large-screen TV. The external area has 2 swimming pools surrounded with sun beds, a tennis court, lawn and palm trees. The sandy beach is only 300meters.
