The house is located opposite to the picturesque Zhupa Park; it’s 450 meters from the sea and 800 meters from the city center. In walking distance there is all necessary infrastructure: a large supermarket, a pharmacy, a bus station, lots of cafes and restaurants. The city center and the famous yacht town of Porto Montenegro with its boutiques, restaurants and a beautiful promenade can be reached by foot in 15 minutes. The three-level house has two separate entrances. Layout:
