The villa is located in Krašići in an excellent location, only 10 m away from the beach and has an unobstructed view of Tivat Bay. The villa has a total internal area of 200m2, which is divided into three levels and is located on a plot of 330m2. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a garage with two parking spaces and enough storage space.
