The hotel has 25 apartments and 3 double apartments. There are two meeting rooms that can be converted into one, with a capacity of up to 150 people. The hotel has a fully equipped gym and a restaurant with sea views. It has a quality bar and also private dining rooms. The building consists of three blocks, one at the back and two at the front shared by the swimming pool. The rear block is used as a conventional hotel room. The double apartments are very spacious, with a large bathroom and natural light. On the first level there are the apartments with a bathroom, living room, kitchenette and a bedroom. The beachfront apartments have a solarium. On the lower level there is a restaurant with a sunny terrace on the beach. The restaurant has two private dining rooms and a terrace around the beachside pool. Constructed area is about 1, 500 m2.
