An old stone house for sale within walking distance (15 minutes) of the historical center of Kotor. The house is located directly on the first line of the picturesque Bay of Kotor, its main facade is oriented towards the sea. The Kotor region is included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites and includes the inner bay of Kotor (past the Verige Strait) with the surrounding mountains, as well as the cities of Risan and Perast. Also part of the World Heritage are the islands of St. George and Our Lady of the Rocks. In July 2000, the Bay of Kotor (the only one on the Mediterranean coast) was included in the list of the twenty-five most beautiful bays in the world.
