This villa consists of 2 adjacent maisonettes (apartments) and a large studio. The first maisonette has two bedrooms on the ground floor (one with en-suite bathroom), a big kitchen/diningroom and a separate bathroom. The living room is on the upper floor offering spectacular sea view. The second maisonette has also two bedrooms, one is located on the upper floor with en-suite bathroom/toilet and a spectacular sea view. The other is located on the ground floor with a separate bathroom/toilet. A large sofa/bed can be used for extra guests. There is also a small kitchen/dining room. Both maisonettes have access to a veranda on the upper floor offering an amazing sea view. Studio adjacent to the second Maisonette has its own entrance and consists of a built-in double bed with en- suite bathroom/toilet and a sofa/bed for sleeping an extra guest . All rooms are air-conditioned. Villa 2 has a private swimming pool 5mx10m with a perfect sea view giving the "infinite pool" feel. There is a parking area for 3 cars.
