Both in architectural terms as in its dynamics and cultural area, allowing its residents vast contacts, as for example in schools, Foundations, museums, theatres and restaurants, among others. Project with an implantation area of about 1, 000 m2 and a gross building area of about 2, 900 m2. With an economic/feasibility study developed for 120 users.
