The villa is located in the center of the Montenegrin Adriatic coast, in a quiet and cozy village of Rijeka Rezevici. Plot area 320 sq. m. On the territory there are: parking for 3 cars, 6 centuries-old olives, an English lawn, a small pond. The whole area is fenced, remote control gates, video surveillance system, two types of internet connection. The heating system is represented by fireplace stoves in the living room on the first floor and in the bedroom on the second floor, as well as inverter air conditioners.
