Close to Rovinj there is a beautiful stone house with a swimming pool. The house is divided into two parts, the main house and the apartment. The main house consists of an entrance hall, a guest toilet, a pantry, an open kitchen, a dining room, a living room with access to a covered terrace, a swimming pool and a garden. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with a wardrobe and exit to the terrace, 2 bedrooms and a large shared bathroom. In the second part of the house with a separate external entrance, there is an apartment on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet, a kitchen with a living room and a dining room, while a circular staircase leads to the first floor where there is one bedroom and a bathroom.
