The cottages, which are located in the picturesque area of the Turkish city of Kalkan, are designed for year-round living away from the hustle and bustle. There are 14 villas on the site. The landscaped area boasts a developed infrastructure. Hospitals, schools, shops with a diverse range of products operate here, cafes and restaurants are open to visitors, and there are entertainment centers. We can say that the area is well equipped and suitable for providing citizens with a comfortable life. Two types of cottages are available for purchase. Each detached villa, there are six houses in total, located up the slope, occupies an actual area of 427 sq. m. A territory of 189 sq. m. is allotted for a private garden. There is an outdoor swimming pool and two parking spaces. An indoor pool is located on the underground floor of the cottages. It is equipped with a heating function, which allows residents to swim in an artificial pond in any weather and season. In addition, the underground territory has a sauna, a gym, a small home cinema, a large living room with access to a cozy veranda. One of the advantages of detached cottages is a superb sea view. Out on the terrace, you can enjoy the magnificent scenery. Eight twin villas are located at the bottom of the slope. Each house occupies an area equal to 157 sq. m. The area adjacent to the cottage is 97 sq. m. From passers-by, neighbors living space is separated by a solid high fence. The veranda offers a picturesque landscape overlooking the sea. Each twin villa has a parking space for one car only. An outdoor swimming pool is equipped on the territory, and you can enjoy the delights of a closed-type heated reservoir on the underground floor of the cottage. As in the previous version, there is a sauna and a gym for sports. Villas are rented to tenants or buyers with a finished fine finish. The house has all the necessary furniture. In the kitchen, in addition to a high-quality furniture set, there are household appliances necessary for cooking. The living room has a fireplace and air conditioning.
